After‑loss services naturally complement daily money management, offering families vital support during estate settlement. This session outlines the essential steps fiduciaries must take—from understanding key estate documents to securing assets, organizing financial information, and coordinating with legal and tax professionals.

Using The After Life Puzzle framework, Cynthia Hoffman walks attendees through assembling the many pieces of an estate and highlights the most common pitfalls to avoid. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of how DMMs can confidently and compassionately guide clients through the estate‑settlement process.
